Emiliana Sandoval is the Managing Editor for Style and Standards for Chalkbeat. She is based in Detroit but serves all of Chalkbeat. She was a copy editor and writer at the Santa Fe New Mexican and Detroit Free Press before becoming chief copy editor for Motor Trend publications. She came to Chalkbeat from Weber Shandwick, where she was the managing editor for GM Communications.
