Katie Jimenez-Gray manages the Office of the CEO, where she supports Chalkbeat’s CEO, the Leadership Team, the Board of Directors, and organizational operations. She has worked as an Educator at the Children’s Creativity Museum in San Francisco, as well as in public school classrooms in Ohio and Stockholm, Sweden. Before coming to Chalkbeat in 2019, she worked at EAB, an education consulting firm in Washington, D.C. Katie graduated from Kenyon College with degrees in English and psychology and now lives in Oakland, California.
