Get introduced to the recent movement of mindfulness (and tenets of neuroscience) in schools and its benefits for school leaders, teachers, and students. We will explore how mindfulness could cultivate holistic support for school communities with a focus on self-care strategies for school leaders and educators. We will also explore foundational mindfulness practices that have been introduced in schools I have worked. **Featured Speaker**: April Frazier, former public school teacher, NYC Teaching Fellows lead instructor, and mindfulness consultant.
