Reserve 4 hours for yourself in July. We dare you. Before the next school year starts and you get back on the hamster wheel, take some much-needed time to recharge and rethink. Celebrate what’s working for you as an educator. Make a plan to impact what you might like to change for the upcoming year. And, get the tools you need to do just that, all while having fun on a summer afternoon. Join mindSpark Learning, dynamic keynote Sylvia Theisen, teacher turned professional learning strategist Mary Lisa Harper, and fellow educators for this creative-driven, interactive afternoon in which we’ll share and explore new tools you’ll need to create a very different school year for you and for students. These engaging sessions will be focused on giving you -- featuring creative and interactive learning -- permission to break the rules, easily implementable tools, rich community-building opportunities, awesome prize giveaways and a happy hour following the event.
