Rise & Shine: A new partnership aims to expand the teacher pipeline in Aurora

Good morning!

How can schools help aspiring teachers learn the ropes long before they have classrooms of their own? One Aurora elementary school hired University of Northern Colorado students to work as paraprofessionals while they take college classes. The idea is to beef up the teacher pipeline and reduce turnover. Yesenia Robles has that story.
