Indianapolis Public Schools revealed Friday the names of the three candidates to replace Lewis Ferebee as superintendent.
But before Aleesia Johnson, Devon Horton, or Larry Young became finalists, they had to formally express their interest in the top schools positions. Each penned letters describing why they were seeking the position, what they saw as their greatest strengths, and their ties to the district, among other topics.
The candidates then underwent a round of interviews, and they will face questions from the public next week.
